Does anyone know why BBB in FL isnt helping me with my complaint against Special T Travel?

I probably filed a complaint about 3 times already. I was blocked of my refund b/c of their 30 day policy

It's unfortunate that your complaint was not resolved with the BBB of Florida. However you may still file a complaint with the State of Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Here's the link to to file a complaint with them:

Check out the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) website. They have a wealth of information available about scams and companies. You can also file a complaint about a business or if you feel your credit report has been wrongfully affected by negative reporting. You can search their website to see if they have any info or pending actions on the company you’re inquiring about.
