On July 7,2011 I call affordable air at 8AM and told them I needed someone to come out and check out my air conditioner ,it was wasn't putting out much cool air. 20 minutes later I had Todd knocking on my door telling me he was there to see what was wrong. Within 30 minutes he had it checked out and told me that the compressor was working harder then it should,but working, and that we might want to think about getting a new A/C unit down the rode. There was no pressure to buy a new one ,but He told us that we might just want to be thinking about it. We asked what he had to offer and he gave us a booklet and his recommendation that was best for us. He knows his job and he knows his A/C units. We bought what he recommended and on 8 July Todd was at the house when he said he would be and started dismantling. Todd worked hard and before he left he made sure the new A/C was working like he said it would. He was very friendly, knowledgeable ,and very professional . The crane operator ,Justin,from "Get hooked" was also friendly,knowledgeable and professional .I would recommend these company's to everyone who wants great service,great prices and a friendly,knowledgeable and very professional staff. The girls in the office were also great.!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!
