I worked with Coast 2 Coast on a home loan modification. My loan APR was about to go up and I had considered refinancing. However the modification process ended up being way easier and cheaper and the end result was a better interest rate than I could have gotten with a refi. They were great to work with and delivered just as indicated. The communications were timely and through. If you are looking to refi your loan to get out of a bummer rate but don't need cash out, consider a modification instead. And if you do consider a modification, Coast 2 Coast is definitely a good company to work with.
