I purchased a computer that has had 6 hardware replacements in 10 months! Purchased 05/05/2011. - - -
They return my computer after repair still defective with replacement parts that fail continuously. They say one hardware needs to be replaced when I ship it back but replace something else instead. BEWARE! - - -
My 3rd return after 6 hardware replacements made: - - -
The computer was shipped 3/12/2012 with RMA#211458 with a formal letter requesting a full refund sent certified USPS. (I have not received a response from CyberPower to the letter asking for a refund.) - - -
CyberPower received the computer on 03/19/2012 and shipped it back on 04/23/2012 (held over a month!) with ZERO repairs. Direct quote from an email from a tech support rep: "We have found the system to work normally and will be sending the system back." Computer received on 04/27/2012 and unpacked the next day. - - -
