If I could give negative stars on the rating here I would. This was positively the worst car buying experience EVER! The finance departments, general manager, and even the owner do not care about doing their jobs or taking care of customers. I started the purchase of a vehicle with them on July 9. There have been problems with it at every turn. The financing department is highly unprofessional and inept, they have screwed up the financing and registration process from the very start. After having to obtain 4 temporary plates from them, I finally I received all the paperwork and my registration on November 2. You have to chase them to complete the work they are responsible for. The problems with them are that they have no follow through on the details of your deal. You have to keep after them and watch every step because they seem to not care about HOW they do what they are supposed to be professionals at. They are certainly concerned with their image but there is no substance to the 'professionals' there. Watch your money, down to the penny, and make sure they don't drop the ball on your car deal. Better yet, go to Rich Ford or some other dealer to buy your car. Save yourself a great deal of time and trouble and money. The apathy at this dealer is NOT worth your time. Spend your money at a dealer that appreciates you.
