Teletrac does not work in my truck.

I bought Teletrac for my truck to maintain HOS, IFTA info and for navigation. The whole exercise has been a waste of time and money. The unit blanks out, is difficult to operate and appears to have not been field tested. I have asked for a cancellation of my contract several times but the company ignores these requests. They like to point to their online training but all the training in the world will not solve the problems I am experiencing. I would like to know if others are experiencing the same difficulties with this company.
