I did a loan with these folks along with another title company (BAD MISTAKE). While I never encountered a rude representative with this company, they have issues as well. I paid the payments on time but upon deciding to pay the loan off, they informed me that the interest rates continue to go up instead of down!! So if I had continued to pay them, it would have been in vain. You'd think that making the payments on time would make things go down, not up.
Don't do business with any of these title companies.
